Our sessions last 2 hours. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the lesson starts so you can get your aprons on, go to the toilet and get comfortable.

Our biscuit decorating classes are perfect for beginners who want to learn a new skill and have fun along the way! Everything will be provided for you, including freshly baked biscuits, an apron, piping bags filled with royal icing, a biscuit needle and a box to take your biscuits home. ​ You will leave the class with a set of 6 beautifully hand-iced biscuits, ready to scoff when you get home!

Yes we do - we have had a range of private bookings for Hen Dos, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers and anything you can think of!

We currently teach at The Elephant House in Bedminster, Bristol. But come mid-September, we are opening our new bakery workshop space on Gloucester Road!

We have a minimum class size of 4 people.

Yes we do! If your children are aged 8+ then they can sign up to our normal classes of 2 hours including 6 biscuits for £35 per child. Any younger and we can offer you a 1 hour class including 3 biscuits for £20 per child.

Yes, this is what we specialise in! We are the only biscuit company in the UK to personalise biscuits to whatever design you'd like. Simply head over to our Personalised Biscuits webpage where you can order a variety of packaging options. We offer Small Biscuit Boxes with one large biscuit or two smaller personalised designs, a Large Set Biscuit Box which includes 5 personalised designs for whatever you choose, or Individually Wrapped Biscuits. For larger Corporate Enquiries, please head to the form at the bottom of this webpage and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We typically require 2 weeks notice for larger orders but as much time as possible is always preferred!

All of our biscuits will last over 3 weeks from when they are shipped to you if they are kept in their box.

Your biscuits will be fine in the box they are delivered in. However, to make them last even longer, store them in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. The sooner you eat the biscuits, the yummier they will be!

Yes we include a free hand written gift message. We believe it is more personal than a printed message!

Typically, our turn around time from your order, is 4-5 business days when you choose Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. For those opting for Royal Mail 2nd Class, please anticipate additional delivery time. We pride ourselves on delivering freshly baked, hand-iced biscuits that require a bit more time to perfect compared to other companies. From the moment your order is placed, we need time to bake your biscuits, ice them, let them dry, and then package them with care before sending out to you. This allows us to ensure that each biscuit meets our high standards for quality and taste.

Sadly, not. We are based in Bristol and ship everywhere within UK. This doesn't stop you ordering to your house to take abroad with you though...!

We do not post cakes through the post. It has been tried and tested and no matter how many 'This Way Up' signs you put on the cake, it always seems to arrive upside down! However, we do deliver in Bristol or surrounding areas and collection is always available.

Yes, of course! You can collect from our bakery on Gloucester Road, Bristol. Just let us know in advance with what you want and the date of collection, and we will do the rest.

We strive to get your biscuits to you on the exact delivery date but prefer to aim slightly before just incase there are issues with Royal Mail. We believe its better for them to arrive earlier rather than later!

We offer a range of flavours from Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Vegan, Gluten-Free and our Christmas flavour (cinnamon, ginger and allspice flavour).

Whilst we don’t include any nuts in our biscuit products, we can’t guarantee against traces of nuts as we do handle nuts in our bakery. Therefore, we are unable to cater for severe nut allergies.

As our business is based around bespoke gifting we do not include any payment information, receipts or invoices in our biscuit boxes. There is the option to add a FREE gift message at checkout so the recipient knows who it's from. We write this by hand to add a more personal touch!
